We are currently seeking a remote Systems Analyst for our headquarters in downtown Chicago. This position works directly with Golub's IT and property management teams and is responsible for supporting operations at both the corporate and property levels, working with platforms like Yardi, Avid, Real Page, Rent Dynamics, and ancillary applications, including offering guidance on best practices and procedures.
- Installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots software systems used by properties within the residential portfolio and corporate office.
- Engages with a variety of stakeholders, influencing, and negotiating schedules and deliverables, as necessary. Facilitates stakeholder communication and encourage engagement from business project parties.
- Provides prompt support to employees for software programs and logs support ticket requests and their resolutions in the HelpDesk system.
- Assists users with reporting and system-related queries, as well as addressing system errors and data anomalies regularly.
- Maintains database integrity and security by providing user provisioning, password changes, and termination of user access.
- Collaborates interdepartmentally as needed to ensure accurate and timely resolutions.
- Streamlines Golub’s development process by thoroughly analyzing requirements, identifying potential bottlenecks, and proposing efficient solutions.
- Conceives, develops, manages, delivers, and scales new products, upgrades, services, processes, and business models for Golub’s business objectives in a timely and efficient manner.
- Designs and facilitates initial and ongoing software training to employees, including developing knowledge guides and training materials for property teams.
- Performs regular audits of software information to ensure accuracy.
- Identify service request trends and collaborate with clients to minimize recurring incidents.
- Acts as liaison between property staff and software vendors.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required. Minimum five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in real estate property management. Must have advanced proficiency in Yardi, Avid, Real Page, Rent Dynamics, and ancillary applications. Proficiency in Skyline, MRI and Compliance Depot preferred. Must have ability to learn new software systems quickly. This position has the opportunity to work fully remote.
