About the Job

As a Senior Product Manager, you will join a small group of product managers who create and maintain products and services in the advertising and measurement space. You will be the hands-on, end-to-end owner for the product areas assigned to you. You will be responsible for ideation, defining requirements, building the product roadmap, product development, delivery, launch, and post launch maintenance issues. As an experienced product manager on the team, it is important for you to be an effective leader, balancing the needs and priorities of multiple stakeholder teams and leading the engineering team towards timely execution of the roadmap.

In the first 30 days, you will:

  • Develop an understanding of existing products, internal and external stakeholder priorities
  • Work with engineering and QA leads to drive on time execution of the roadmap
  • Triage and facilitate product issue resolution
  • Work with direct sales and channel sales teams, and other internal stakeholders to prioritize features for development
  • Work with other product and engineering teams on platform consolidation and other technical infrastructure projects

In the first 60 days, you will:

  • Represent product interest in external partnership meetings
  • Identify areas of improvement in process, tooling, or resourcing, and propose solutions
  • Lead quarterly and annual roadmap planning
  • Lead feature development (PRD, design review, release communications, etc.)

In the first 90 days, you will:

  • Become the go to person within the company for questions about your product line
  • Establish mutually beneficial relationships internally with business development, engineers, and QA to ideate and iterate on new and existing products
  • Use data to understand product performance and proactively identify issues before they happen

In the first year, you will:

  • Build and execute product roadmaps to bring platform and consumer product experiences to market, with history of iteration and innovation and increased adoption of products
  • Use your AdTech industry background and technical expertise to manage product visions, conduct research, assess and manage risk, and ultimately build successful products

Who you are:

  • A universal communicator — excellent written and verbal communication skills with external clients, engineers, business stakeholders and executives. You come across as knowledgeable and credible in client meetings
  • A proactive problem solver — you are constantly looking for data driven ways to work smarter, delivering new efficiencies anywhere an improvement can be made
  • Independent and driven — a self-motivated professional who wants to win
  • Organized and precise — empowers the team to execute, increases effectiveness of others, knows how to get things done when your deliverables also depend on other teams

Required Qualifications:
