Reporting to the Employment Law Coordinator, you will be supporting our global Employment Law team by assisting and providing a range of legal administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform factual research.
- Organize and analyze information.
- Prepare written reports and documents.
- Check and edit legal documents for accuracy.
- Build and maintain databases and files.
- Organize and track case files.
- Support signature processes (wet ink and digital) are completed timely.
- Support the processes associated with employment related documents including translating documents, arranging couriers, and other service providers.
About You
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a legal administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and all related applications.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Human Resources understanding is preferred.
- Ideal candidate will be have experience as a paralegal.
- You have flexibility in your work schedule to support global clients needs
