Lyra Technology Group is expanding our operating team and needs a remarkable leader to join us as VP of Accounting.

And it’s working…2023 was our best year yet. We exceeded our revenue goals and added companies to our platform, while maintaining our strong culture.

Your work as Vp of Accounting has several components:


1. Own the accounting function for the Lyra holding company, including day-to-day accounting operations, building out the team and functional accounting areas, and being accountable to the financial performance of the business.2. Manage a growing team of 10+ accounting professionals at the Lyra holding company while providing executive strategic guidance to the accounting leads within our 60+ Operating Companies3. Serve as the executive sponsor for key technical workstreams including M&A purchase accounting, tax, internal/external audit, and ongoing GAAP reporting requirements.4. Ensure tax and accounting compliance for our international Operating Companies5. Support the Lyra companies’ ongoing ERP transition to Microsoft Business Central6. Partner with the Lyra CFO to form the strategic direction and continuous improvement of the Lyra finance and accounting functionsWe are looking for smart, motivated team members who are looking to “roll up their sleeves” and hungry to make an impact by stewarding a business over the long-term.
