Job:

Project Administrator 


Overview:The Project Administrator will be part of the on-site team in all capital projects included in a multi-billion-dollar Construction Manager @ Risk (CMR) contract at Memphis International Airport. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedules, break down projects into tasks, and create workflows
  • Ensures deliverables are completed on time and within budget
  • Prepare project related documents, reports, and other necessary paperwork
  • Analyze risks and opportunities, and implements strategies to mitigate project risks
  • Arrange project meetings, set deadlines, and ensure team members are aware of tasks and timelines

Success Indicators:

  • Must be extremely organized, self-sufficient, proactive, and detail oriented.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal clients.
  • Ability to work well in fast paced environment with multiple deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in the related area 
  • Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes.
