Lyra Technology Group is looking for a sales leader to step in as Head of Growth for one of their operating companies, Altourage.

A bit about Altourage…


Altourage, our recent acquisition, is a leader in the NYC technology services space. Their provide managed services and cybersecurity to SMBs in the financial services, professional services, and nonprofit industries. With 24x7x365 support, its own cybersecurity team, Altourage is approaching 100 professionals across two continents. Altourage stands out among its peers by providing outstanding customer service combined with deep industry-specific technical expertise.

Your work as the Head of Growth includes several components:


1. Transitioning the organization away from founder-led sales- Business owners typically sell to us because they want to retire, this is where you come in. 2. Professionalizing the sales function- Build out structure, sales process, tooling, comp plans, BDR teams, marketing, metrics, and playbooks.3. Player / coach- Leverage your network and sales skills to hunt and close deals as a player. As you succeed in driving sales, start building out a sales team that you will manage. 4. Run cross-functional growth campaigns- Your primary objective is driving new logo sales growth.

However, we believe sales, account management, marketing, and operations should work together. You will be expected to run cross-functional growth campaigns. 5. Business partner to the CEO- The sales leader of the organization should be the CEO’s right-hand man. Formulate overall business strategy and execute.6. Managed Service Provider Sales experience- The sales leader must have previous experience selling in an MSP environment.7. Altourage is in NYC and has a focus on professional services and financial services- experience with these end-markets is preferredIn addition, you will also have an opportunity to work closely with, learn from, and share perspectives with the group of peer sales leaders across our businesses.
