as a successful firm, understanding our business, our culture, as well as our talent profiles.PMA is seeking to attract an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team. This role is based in our Chicago office and requires four days per week in the office, with one optional work from home day each week. As a key part of our team, you will recruit across all functions and will interface with regional and national PMA leadership to hire top tier talent.
Representative Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy sourcing strategies, screen, and assess candidates for open positions at all levels and within various disciplines.
- Manage full life cycle recruitment process, including creating and managing job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens and interviews, managing interview process and candidate communication, as well as internal communication with all stakeholders throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Identify and implement creative, impactful sourcing strategies to identify top talent who are both culturally and technically aligned.
- Research various markets and hiring trends for updating leadership on methods and means for retaining competitive advantage.
- Co-report at monthly regional office meetings to keep staff updated and informed on current company searches and generate referrals.
- Manage benchmarking and analytical reporting of relevant data, utilizing internal as well as external engines.
- Research additional venues for reaching candidates in various geographies across the U.S., including but not limited to regions where Company has offices.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates, searches, and job requirements, working within all systems, including ATS system (Greenhouse).
- Provide direction & oversight and partner with the Office Administrators regarding job postings, interview scheduling, interview feedback collection, communication during the Offer process, hand-over to HR team for Onboarding, etc.
Required Skills:
- 5-7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably a combination of third-party search firm and in-house corporate recruitment.
- Significant search execution experience in a professional services environment.
- Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and previous experience using applicant tracking systems. (Specific experience with Greenhouse ATS is desirable, but not required.)
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized with various stakeholders to report to offices across the U.S.
- Ability to work within different time zones and be flexible with schedule changes.
- Ability to proactively extract necessary information on a timely basis.
- Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-through.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
