The Role:
The purpose of this job is to lead the Company’s marketing activities in Japan, playing a vital role in the delivery of ThinkMarkets’ growth objectives and targets. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing key aspects of the Company’s marketing plans and related strategies; including but not limited to campaigns, social media, and PR. As the Head of Marketing, you will be expected to deliver and execute marketing plans and successful marketing strategies, which are also aligned to the global Company’s overall strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze market research data and competitors to identify product and brand positioning opportunities.
- Work closely with local and global senior management and present required marketing reports.
- Ensure the efficient allocation and prioritization of budget.
- Outline the objective of each campaign, its performance expectations, milestones, and ensure that all campaigns adhere to the global marketing strategy.
- Measure relevant success KPIs for each marketing initiative such as CPA, conversion rates, reactivations, ARPU and LTV.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on the performance and effectiveness of marketing campaigns, trends and acquisition quality.
- Expand our media strategy by testing and onboarding new media partnerships as well as new channels, both online & offline.
- Identify solutions to enhance and optimize campaign performance and the customer experience.
- Keep up to date with new marketing trends, including identification and application of innovative technologies within the industry and emerging channels.
- Plan, implement and lead online and offline marketing strategies, including but not limited to SEO, email marketing, webinars, events, social media, and PR.
- Lead the delivery of all marketing campaigns with internal stakeholders ensuring first-class execution matches our brand values.
- Ensure all marketing material published has undergone Compliance approval, subject to regulatory bodies’ requirements.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 - 7 years’ experience in Digital Marketing or a Head of Marketing function for a local or global brand.
- BA/MSc degree.
- Knowledge in any of following platforms is recommended (Salesforce-Marketing Cloud or Hubspot, Marketo, (Analysis) Google Analytics (360), Campaign Manager, and (SEO) Google search console, SEMRush, Ahref, Data Studio, Tableau.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and multicultural environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills demonstrating cross-cultural understanding and knowledge.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask a variety of tasks and projects.
- Must be dynamic, self-motivated and performance driven.
- English language (written and verbal)
- Experience in campaign management with attention to ROI at campaign level. Solid experience in working closely with commercial teams with full responsibility for KPIs along the marketing & sales funnel.
