Inside Sales Representative

Job duties include prospecting and qualifying sales with the drive and determination to expand our client base. We are looking for a person who is a closer and has a proven track record of generating sales. Our sales representative is responsible for establishing new client base through effective prospecting. They are a energetic and focused with an unstoppable motivation to sell and a strong desire to succeed.

Job Responsibilities:


80 calls per day minimum to prospective business clients for the purpose of setting qualified appointments with decision makers. Have 5-8 conversations daily with decision makers and 3-5 FTAs set a week.

  • Coordinate appointments with assigned Account Manager
  • Identify decision makers in target organizations (Seamless Ai, LinkedIn, web-research)
  • Follow-up with prospects and manage a lead pipeline
  • Own the lead cultivation process, identifying no-fit, cold to hot leads
  • Enter and maintain all leads and account engagements in designated CRM’s
  • Cold outreach via phone, email, social, etc.
  • The ability to sell our IT products and services.
  • 1+ year of B2B sales or “work the phone” type position
  • 1+ year of HubSpot Experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with prospects.
  • Fearless attitude— ability to overcome objections without giving up
  • Home office with high-speed internet.
  • Experience with a CRM, LinkedIn, Seamless Ai to manage a lead pipeline is a plus
  • Self-motivated
  • Previous experience in a technical or professional services field is a plus, but not required
  • Background check and drug screen required upon hire.
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
