Job Description
General HR: Serve as a well-rounded HR Generalist with the ability to handle a variety of HR tasks, including but not limited to immigration processes, developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures, and staying updated on employment regulations, especially for the Tri-state area.
Talent Acquisition: Utilize your expertise to support talent acquisition efforts. Collaborate with hiring managers to source, interview, and select top talent.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): A demonstrated interest and experience in DEI initiatives and the ability to support our efforts to create an inclusive workplace.
Culture: Serve as a culture carrier, working with the Workplace Experience Team to create events to bring employees together.
International Payroll and Reporting: Assist in international payroll and reporting functions, ensuring compliance with regulations in various regions where we operate.
Benefits Administration: Assist in international benefits administration, including providing excellent customer support to employees and assisting with reporting and billing.
As a self-guided professional, you will work with autonomy and make decisions that align with our company's values and objectives.
Qualifications
4+ years of HR experience, with demonstrated achievement as an HR Generalist.
Experience working with a diverse, global team, understanding the nuances of HR across different regions.
Aptitude to thrive in our entrepreneurial culture where change and ambiguity are constants. You will have the opportunity to create and shape HR initiatives and processes.
Preferred, Not Required:
HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.)
Familiarity with the financial services industry or investment management
Familiarity with international employment, especially EU

The pay range for this position is $85,000-$105,000/year. However, base pay will be determined on an individual basis considering various factors, including location, qualifications, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus and a full range of health and financial benefit offerings, which will be provided in conjunction with an offer of employment.Visit www.wilshire.com for additional company information.
