THE OPPORTUNITY


Casechek is on a mission to innovate the implant supply chain and bring greater transparency to the cost of patient care. From procurement to payment, Casechek automates workflows for vendor supported surgical procedures. Our emergent Bill Only solution provides a comprehensive system of record for Hospitals and Health Systems to manage the complexity of surgical cases with implantable medical devices, expose hidden expenses and surface revenue opportunities.In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our enterprise-level clients.

, you will build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring they derive maximum value from our platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their business goals, define objectives and key results, provide tailored solutions, and drive long-term value from Casechek’s platform and service. Your day-to-day interactions will require strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, a strong ability to leverage data, and the ability to manage complex programs. You should be adept at navigating innovative technologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support.Casechek is a highly collaborative environment, but our team is also self-motivated and works independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Develop and maintain strong and professional relationships with enterprise-level clients.
  • Act as the primary liaison between our company and clients for strategic oversight, issue resolution, system training, and support.
  • Address and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner through various communication channels (phone, email, etc.).
  • Coordinate, schedule, and conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure they are 
  • Monitor and analyze client account health, providing regular updates and business reviews internally.
  • Document and manage client feedback using internal systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office).
  • Identify trends and provide insights to our Product Team to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction.
  • Proactively address any technical or operational issues that arise.
  • Lead special projects as requested.

REQUIREMENTS


  • 7+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or related fields, preferably with enterprise clients in a role leveraging data to drive outcomes.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality customer service with empathy and professionalism.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior executives
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data insights to drive decision-making and strategy.
  • Experience working with data-heavy products, with a clear understanding of data structures, data analysis, and data management.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate these effectively to clients.
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity in client solutions.
