Clarity Partners is seeking an OnBase Developer local to Chicago, IL to play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of OnBase solutions to support various business units within the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in OnBase administration, solution development, and integration with other systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and maintain OnBase solutions to support business processes and requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT team members to gather and analyze requirements for OnBase projects.
  • Customize and configure OnBase workflows, document types, forms, and integrations to meet business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve OnBase issues, including system performance and connectivity problems.
  • Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure OnBase platform stability and performance.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure OnBase solutions meet quality and performance standards.
  • Document OnBase configurations, workflows, and procedures for reference and training purposes.
  • Provide end-user training and support for OnBase applications.
  • Stay up to date with the latest OnBase features and best practices.

Requirements

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, a related field, or relevant experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in OnBase development and administration.
  • OnBase certifications such as OnBase Administrator Professional, OnBase Workflow Administrator Expert, OnBase Workview Administrator Professional, and OnBase Consultant Professional.
  • Proficiency in OnBase modules such as Workflow, WorkView, Unity Client, and other relevant components.
  • Strong knowledge of database management, including SQL and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
