ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders
- Drive project closeout
- Collaborate with internal project team
- Initiate drafts and coordinate project change procedures
- Prepare various status reports in accordance with agency requirements
- Audit and track extra work invoices
- Streamline controls across project portfolio
- Calculate and report installed quantities
- Manage responsibilities across multiple clients and projects
- Prepare IDR’s and DCR’s
- Monitor progress of contractor’s work
- Maintain various quantity books, daily logs, and other tracking tools
- Mentor junior staff in project and procedural practices
BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE EXPECTATIONS:
- 5+ year of proven experience working with regional transportation agencies or similar
- Certifications, including IDOT Documentation of Contract Quantities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Initiative
