A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted outreach campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors.
- Participate in sales meetings with Account Executives to continuously improve skills.
- Join the first cohort of Amount’s Fintech Development Program, a supplemental learning and development program designed to provide exposure to different functions through rotations during your first year.
WHAT WE’LL TRUST YOU TO DELIVER:
- Become an expert on Amount’s capabilities and the market we serve.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Amount’s solutions to prospects.
- Identify and engage with potential customers to understand their needs and challenges.
- Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on interactions.
- Effectively work through account list meeting/exceeding SLAs, consistently update activity and contact information within the CRM system and support weekly reporting efforts
WHAT YOU LIKELY BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex concepts.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Passion for fintech and a desire to make an impact in the industry.
- This role is hybrid with two (2) days remote and requires three (3) days per week in our Chicago HQ office.
