We seek a passionate and driven Consultant to join our dynamic team at Beghou Consulting. As a Consultant, you will be pivotal in providing analytical support to our esteemed clients and internal stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in data analytics to derive qualitative and quantitative insights, thereby aiding our clients in making informed strategic decisions. Additionally, you will spearhead projects within our India-based delivery team, ensuring the seamless execution of all business-related tasks while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

We'll Trust you to:


  • Provide analytical support to external clients and internal stakeholders on high-complexity analytical projects/initiatives.
  • Lead the India-based delivery team in executing all business-related tasks and activities.
  • Utilize structured project management approaches to deliver client deliverables with appropriate documentation and communication.
  • Work closely within engagement teams and with clients to conduct high-quality analysis and develop innovative recommendations.
  • Take ownership of multiple projects, driving delivery with high quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage internal and external relationships as appropriate, including Beghou leadership and client partners.
  • Drive design and enhancement of existing services/deliverables.
  • Support Beghou's leadership in pursuing new business development opportunities.
  • Contribute to firm-level initiatives to build out the India practice.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge repositories within specific function/therapeutic areas.

You'll Need to have:


  • Graduate/Master’s degree from Tier-I/Tier-II institution/university with a relevant concentration.
  • Advanced Degree (MBA, PHD preferred).
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience delivering data and analytics engagements in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry.
  • Strong expertise in analytics and visualization tools (Python, R, Alteryx, SAS, Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with unstructured real-world problems.
  • Passion for understanding and devising solutions for current issues in the pharma industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor junior team members.
  • Ability to operate effectively in an international matrix environment and work with US clients in US working hours.
