GxP IT Supplier Program Analyst Overview
The representative for the GxP IT Supplier Program will be responsible for quality supplier assignments. This role assists with activity supporting the GxP IT Supplier Assessments providing guidance, review, and approval of GxP IT suppliers to ensure compliance per policy.
GxP IT Supplier Program Analyst Responsibilities
- Generate, review, and provide feedback on supplier documents related to supplier evaluations, remediations, and periodic reviews
- Accountable for supplier documentation in audit management repository and generation of unique ID’s
- Ensure new GxP IT Suppliers are identified and compliant with applicable policies and procedures
- Manage resolution of issues, follow up with quality representative until resolved
- Track and update Approved Supplier List for GxP IT Systems
- Perform periodic GxP IT ‘data extracts’ from ServiceNOW and SET
- Ensure GxP IT Suppliers appropriately identified and aligned with ServiceNOW/SET/ADCT
- Provide periodic status updates at regular intervals, tracking progress through completion of deliverables
- Provide GxP IT guidance for suppliers and BSO/IT system owners, as needed
- Assist with generating key performance supplier metrics
- Review supplier SOPs and associated documentation for remote desktop audits, generate Audit Summary Report
GxP IT Supplier Program Analyst Skills/Experience/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or Engineering discipline
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience on supplier evaluations and/or business projects
- Proficient working on multiple projects with exemplary communication skills
- Fast learner and can pivot quickly where indicated
- Detail-oriented; strong organizational skills
GxP IT Program Analyst Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Office 365
- Experience in quality, regulated environment, preferably with supplier evaluations
GxP IT Program Analyst Top Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills

- Experience working in a Quality, regulated environment
