The SC team brings together the best of CyberCube to support the world’s leading institutions and emerging businesses across the entire insurance value chain with our best-in-class cyber data, analytics, signals, models, and risk frameworks.

You’ll be a key member of this team, play a critical role in client-focused product journey and will have loads of fun while doing the best work of your career! Our functional mission statement is: Make customers successful through demonstrating the value of our analytics to support their evolving critical business needs. We act as the voice of the customer internally, and the face of CyberCube within the (re)insurance ecosystem. The Client Product Advisor will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive all the knowledge, understanding and support they need to successfully leverage our analytics platform. Success in the role allows clients to extract the return on their investments in our software and solutions. 

Primary Responsibilities


  • Fully understand and be able to explain Cyber Cat Risk modeling software products to clients, as well as articulate use cases. 
  • Lead training and onboarding for multiple cyber insurance clients with a focus on cyber accumulation and cyber cat risk as well as single risk underwriting
  • Collaborate with other functions to deliver excellent results for clients and ensure high client retention
  • Understand client stakeholders and processes
  • Understand business workflow and where CyberCube fits in
  • Work closely with Product and Analytics teams, acting as the voice of the client
  • Maintain customer health tracking / Hubspot (Customer Relationship Management software) records for accounts
  • Help create and maintain comprehensive documentation for our internal tools
  • Manage escalation points in product / service delivery
  • Obtaining feedback from client

Primary Objectives


  • Become a Subject Matter Expert resource for clients and other team members.
  • Act as an ambassador for CyberCube Analytics in engaging the insurance market
  • Provide practical advice and insight to enable clients to maximize utility of software
  • Successfully enable a team of client facing professionals

Critical Skills


  • Knowledge of analytics use cases in cyber insurance accumulation and underwriting
  • Understanding of the role of analytics in insurance 
  • Highly effective communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability in client account management and relationship/network building with the ability to balance multiple priorities, both independently and collaboratively as needed
  • Broad technical knowledge of cyber security issues
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas with clarity
  • Able to solve complex and novel problems through a structured approach, intellectual rigor, and attention to detail
  • Expert with MS Office applications including Excel and Powerpoint, and experience with collaboration software tools. 

Qualifications


  • Minimum of 2 years work experience preferably within cyber underwriting or other related insurance background
  • Experience in analytical modeling beneficial
  • Foundational technical knowledge of cyber security issues beneficial
  • Strong awareness of commercial insurance issues including cyber risk insurance
  • Highly effective communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability in client account management and relationship/network building
  • Technical presentation skills
  • High level of professional integrity and commitment to execution of deliverables
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree education

Work Environment


  • As a start-up there will be a lot of work flexibility, including standard global work from home day, and hybrid home / office working model
  • Up to 20% travel can be expected, primarily to USA/UK depending on where the candidate is located
