We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead client projects through the entire lifecycle of Master Data Management (MDM) system implementation for pharmaceutical and life science companies. In this role in addition to overseeing the conception, execution, and delivery of these projects, you will play a pivotal part in managing client interactions related to ongoing and prospective MDM initiatives, while also identifying opportunities for future expansion.
We'll trust you to
- Oversee the end-to-end development of Data warehousing projects, ensuring methodological soundness and timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with MDM stakeholders to align priorities, provide project leadership, and ensure high-quality deliverables exceeding expectations.
- Lead project teams in designing and developing MDM projects, including configuring internal MDM platforms and creating MDM-specific deliverables.
- Manage client relationships, measure performance against SLAs, and drive continuous improvement to enhance client experience and foster growth.
- Ensure adherence to high standards of service, budgets, and timelines, while effectively addressing business requests and operational challenges.
You'll need to have
- Engineering/Master’s Degree from a Tier-I/Tier-II institution/university in Computer Science or relevant concentration, with evidence of strong academic performance.
- Proven experience implementing or supporting HCP, HCO, and payer MDM or similar centralized data management solutions in the US pharmaceutical market.
- MDM experience in the Oncology therapeutic area is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with advanced Excel skills required.
- Coding skills in Python, R, or SAS.
- Strong project management and people management skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of data management best practices in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to thrive in an international matrix environment and willingness to support US clients during US working hours with 3-4 hours of overlap.
