Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the execution of capital raising transactions
- Work closely with senior bankers to develop financing strategies for clients
- Analyze industry and market trends to identify potential opportunities for clients
- Prepare pitch books, offering memorandum, and other marketing materials for client presentations
- Oversee due diligence processes and coordinate with legal, accounting, and other advisors
- Cultivating new client relationships
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and market developments affecting capital markets
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in investment banking or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Strong knowledge of capital markets and financing transactions
- Proven track record of successfully executing capital raising transactions
- Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills
- FINRA Series 7, Series 79 and Series 63 licenses required (or within 6 months of hire)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willing to travel 50% of role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
