About the Role: 


As an Office Admin at UPshow, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and return process for our customers. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in administrative tasks and contribute to the overall success of our company. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn from a team of professionals in a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsibilities: 


  • Office Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
  • Administrative Support: Process hardware returns and device refurbishments. 
  • Hardware management: Coordinate e-cycling of old devices and shipping of refurbished devices to our 3rd party fulfillment warehouse. 
  • Calendar Management: Help schedule meetings and coordinate conference room bookings.
  • Office Supplies: Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
  • Event Support: Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to provide administrative support where needed.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Must be available to come to our Chicago office every Tuesday between the hours of 9 am - 5 pm 
  • Must be available to work 8 - 16 hours per week
