Our impact has been externally proven in a 2021 RAND Corporation study and featured as a Harvard Business School (HBS) case study.We are looking for a Provider Business Development Associate to help us grow our industry-leading provider network and play a critical role in our success. You will perform various tasks outlined below to support the provider business development team. You’ve hustled, you’ve created, you’ve implemented, and you love the intensity of a startup in high-growth mode.
This is a full time position, the salary range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000 plus bonus, depending on level of experience and geographic location.

- Utilize and refine our industry-leading tools and datasets to develop bundled payment pricing.
- Assist with bundled payment negotiations with providers.
- Utilize and help refine tools to identify high-quality providers.
- Develop reports for channel partners.
- Perform analysis to refine our market definitions to inform future network growth.
- Regularly collaborate with our data science team to optimize our tools and analytic approaches.
- Optimize the team’s CRM and other reporting tools.
- Perform other tasks and analytics as needed to support the Provider BD team.
We’re excited about you because…
You bring experience in healthcare provider reimbursement and strategic planning analytics. We also hope to see from you:
- BS or BA degree required. Masters of Science or MBA preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency with quantitative analysis and Excel/Google Sheets/Tableau. Experience with Power BI/SQL/Python a plus.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in consulting and/or data-driven/analytical roles.
- Experience in digital health, a robust understanding of the US healthcare system, and knowledge of bundled payment models are a plus.
- Ability to apply structured thinking to define problems and create efficient methods to identify solutions.
- Entrepreneurial and resourceful disposition — As an early member of a startup, we need people who can find creative ways to make a big impact quickly and without much direction.
- Experience handling deadlines, keeping many balls in the air, and prioritizing work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for collaborating cross-functionally with provider quality, data science, and provider operations teams to ideate, complete projects, and drive impactful results.
