The starting hourly pay for this position is $21.75 - $24.05 ($45,000 - $50,000 per year based on a 40-hour work week).  The final compensation package will be determined based on factors such as skills, knowledge, and demonstrated expertise.In addition to the base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.Please note that the stated salary range is flexible and negotiable based on individual qualifications and fit for the role.

All are welcome to vist our careers and culture page for more details. Who We're Looking For: Business Development Representative: REMOTEAs a Business Development Representative, you will work closely with the sales team and executive management as you identify qualified leads to drive business growth. Our Business Development Representative plays an important role on the team by making first contact with prospects and winning appointments for their teammates in sales to present C-4's unique solutions. A day in the life of a Business Development Representative: REMOTE

  • Prospect via high volume cold calling, email, social media outreach
  • Leverage existing data and also identify key contacts and account information
  • Develop and foster relationships with prospects
  • Develop qualified opportunities for the sales team to pursue and close!

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1+ years of sales experience including cold calling, objection handling and qualified appointment lead generation.
  • Ability to complete high volume cold-calling and overcome objections. 
  • Experience selling a digital marketing or related service is a plus
  • The desire to achieve more, faster!
  • CRM experience preferably Salesforce.com
  • Call center sales experience is a plus!
