Learning Systems Administrator Top REQUIREMENTS
- Technical SME for all systems and administration for Learning and Development within IT at a global pharmaceutical company.
- Assuring quality compliance and regulatory monitoring within IT for a global pharmaceutical company.
- Point of contact for training administration within the IT department of a global pharmaceutical companies Learning Management Systems
- Candidate should have ComplianceWire experience and be able to go in and do assignments of training, removal of training, reporting metrics, etc.
- Pharma and GxP is medium-to- high requirement. GxP will be very helpful in understanding the level of training requests that come in.
- 7 years of pharma/GxP is highly preferred but if you have someone with 5 years but all their experience has to do with LMS then I would be open to seeing them.
- Another key item that we are looking for is reporting capabilities and for the candidate to be strong in data analytics. They will be doing a lot more reporting to evaluate the needs of the training administrations and will be leaning heavily on this person for that.
- Minimum Bachelors Degree required
Learning Systems Administrator Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing User Account Maintenance and System Support Activities as per established guidelines.
- Maintain detailed tracking of learning systems’ administrative tasks ensuring their timely completion in accordance with system specific procedures.
- Define and refine where needed user groups and course content relevant for training within the LMS to support continuous improvement measures.
- Providing and managing training metrics for training objectives and key results (OKRs) reporting in support of internal timelines.
- Maintain system specific technical documentation for learning systems.
- Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to determine the end user requirements, and how best the system can be managed to support training requests and continuous improvement of user needs.
- Maintain internal SOPs, work instructions and all other documentation related to training administration.
- Ensure all training records are completed correctly and retained according to internal procedures.
Learning Administrator Additional REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of seven years or more in the pharmaceutical industry with GxP experience.
- Experience with administration of a Learning Management System, UL ComplianceWire®.
- Demonstrate understanding of quality and regulatory guidelines related to training and personnel (21CFR and ICH guidelines)
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate strong project management experience and skills.
- Experience in collecting, interpreting, and reporting of training data for key performance analytics.
- Quality Documentation System Processes experience is a plus.
