Job Description
Red Chalk Group is seeking exceptionally talented Senior Analysts in the Chicago area to advise clients on key strategic issues related to growth initiatives, mega-trends, disruptive technology, and intellectual property. Red Chalk Group is looking for an innovative and highly enthusiastic individual focused on maximizing client impact as well as contributing to overall company capabilities through thought leadership.Senior Analysts are responsible for delivering key analytical and quantitative components of client engagements with Fortune 500 companies as well as leading private equity firms. Senior Analysts will work with Red Chalk Group and client teams to develop unique and insightful findings related to the client’s strategy. Senior Analysts synthesize findings in written communications and present findings and conclusions to senior management.Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Total compensation for the position will align closely with that of similar positions within professional service firms. Base plus bonus. No travel. Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years in the consulting field, with a preference towards candidates with consultancy experience.
- A self-starter that is assertive; possesses a high degree of self-confidence and intellectual curiosity; and demonstrates good executive presence.
- Experience conducting analytically rigorous and challenging quantitative analysis.
- A bachelor's degree from a top-tier educational institution with strong GPA and SAT scores.
- Structured and logical thinking - the ability to dissect a problem, propose a hypothesis driven approach, and develop the associated strategic and analytical frameworks to conduct analysis.
- A passion for developing unique and insightful findings and recommendations.
