TransferMate Education is currently looking to hire Payments Specialist in our office in Varna.
Location: Varna (Bulgaria)
Work shift:
11.00-19.30 (Mon - Fri)
Requirements
- Excellent command of English is a must - both written and spoken;
- Good attention to details;
- Good multitasking, prioritization and organizational skills;
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills;
- Working with Microsoft Office products.
Responsibilities
- Working on specific database;
- Filling in information regarding the transfers;
- Checking bank details and other information (IBAN, SWIFTS, etc.) needed for the transfers
- Setting payments into online banking platforms;
- Working with Excels;
- Manage queries in a timely and professional manner;
- Contacts banks by e-mail or phone if needed.
