- The Retail Merchandiser will properly manage the Santa Ana, CA territory by completing store visits, surveys, and tasks. They will have the ability to take pictures and complete reporting requirements with provided technology. This position will require light merchandising and the ability to lift 50-75 pounds
- This position is part-time July 2024 to October 2024 with potential for more hours after October 2024.
- Compensation: $20 hourly
- Hours: 5am -6am starts and it is 6-8 hours
- You will be responsible for selling, merchandising, gaining/maintaining distribution within a variety of accounts.
- Utilize technology to complete work efficiently.
- You must be able to lift, bend/stoop for extended periods of time.
- This is a position where you work independently, follow direction, and have excellent communication skills.
- Work with a crew to set section to schematic.
- Lift boards and set shelf to section heights.
- Unload and back fill product to fill voids.
What You’ll Do at C.A. Fortune
- Retail work will entail (but not limited to) ordering product, working product to shelves from new orders, etc.
- Conduct audits and very light merchandising in area grocery stores
- Drive to various retail locations
- Verify that our clients' products are accurately represented on store shelves
- Report findings and data to management thru downloaded app
- Maintain a safe working environment while working in the stores
- Adhere to attendance and dress code guidelines
- Must be able to perform physical activities, i.e., frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting, etc. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Comply with any additional guidelines established by the Store Team
What You Should Bring to the Table
- Ability to work between July 2024 - October 2024
- High School Diploma
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver License
- Proof of Automobile insurance
- Reliable phone service and internet service for daily communication.
- Required to drive to stores in assigned territory to complete retail task & audits at local grocery retailer.
- Ability to lift 50-75 pounds
