Manager- Digital Analytics and Omnichannel

This position leads the delivery of designated accounts as related to digital and omnichannel initiatives. In this pivotal role, You'll drive the success of assigned accounts, fostering growth and innovation in our digital and omnichannel offerings. Your expertise will be instrumental in both nurturing existing client relationships and capitalizing on new opportunities.

We'll trust you to:


  • Lead delivery of assigned accounts as related to digital and omnichannel activities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients. 
  • Ensure digital and omnichannel programs are developed and maintained to best-in-class standards. 
  • Provide project and campaign status to ensure schedules and deadlines are being met.
  • Work closely with onshore and offshore delivery teams to build digital capabilities, providing oversight to build, test, and execute models, campaigns, analyses, communications, etc.
  • Support digital and omnichannel business development related to new opportunities within existing and new client base.
  • Maintain proficiency with the latest digital and omnichannel trends and capabilities; especially within the life science industry.  Support and grow a collaborative, innovative, customer-centric environment.

You'll need to have:


  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 10 years of Proven work experience as a data-driven digital marketing manager
  • Demonstrable experience in implementing successful digital marketing campaigns from launch to completion.
  • Previous experience with the Pharma industry
  • Proficiency in architecting and implementing complex omnichannel marketing solutions across digital channels, e.g., website, SEM, media, mobile, email, paid media, etc., and salesforce-directed channels, e.g., sales force detailing, events, etc. for a variety of client environments.
  • Strong understanding of commercial processes and analytics and how digital marketing channels function, related best   practices, and  interpretation of statistical analysis methodologies and results
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, motivate, and influence behavior changes.
  • Proficiency in campaign and digital tracking, testing, and optimization, including A/B testing and multivariate experiments
  • Ability to identify opportunities to enhance campaign media performance and make recommendations for those strategies
  • Collaborate, internally and externally to maintain cohesive strategies and execution.
  • Track record of driving improvement of key metrics, (i.e. ROI, CPA) and help set future KPIs for campaigns and tests.
  • Self-motivated with keen attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with others and adapt quickly. Strong organizational and time management skills.
