OVERVIEW

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Designer will deliver creative concepts from conceptualization through to the final design product. You are a master at your craft and work well independently and within a team. You are a strong conceptual thinker with a diversity of ideas and nimble mind… and you execute ideas with a strong level of skill and solutions orientated approach! You have a background in many connection points - branding, packaging, corporate identity, and beyond – but you have a strong competency in designing for social and digital.
You are an individual that can work both collaboratively and autonomously with ease.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Having a terrific design eye and competency with a strong understanding of big brand requirements and caliber of work.
- Participating in brainstorms with positive energy and dimensional thinking – ability to establish creative territories for concept development.
- Developing storyboards and presentation decks, that have finesse and impact, for client presentations.
- Presenting work with confidence and having the ability to articulate ideas to clients and colleagues. Managing multiple priorities and assignments in a fast-paced, active environment.
- Delivering high quality work, on-time and with accuracy.
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, both client and agency side.
EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 years of experience as a graphic designer with a strong competency in designing for social and digital.
- College or University diploma in Graphic, Packaging, or Communication Design is preferred.
- Great design chops and a killer portfolio with a range in work styles.
- Range in design work across social, shopper marketing, branding, digital, etc!
- The ability to execute concepts at a level that is among the top tier in the industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal.
- A collaborative approach to working within the team.
