Review property valuations to identify property tax savings opportunities using the various, Income, Sales and Cost approach analyses.
Lead and advise staff of appeal processes
Perform various analyses for clients such as tax projections, annual budgets, communicate appeal status, and review/discuss client needs
Present and negotiate appeals with various assessing jurisdictions
Communicate and present the firm's services to potential clients
Review and approve invoices

Requirements

Work in F|B’s Chicago office daily
MAI Appraiser designation
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other business-related fields
Excellent presentation and communications skills
Minimum Cumulative Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
