Our team works collaboratively to drive innovative solutions for our clients, and we are looking for an HR operations Lead who will be instrumental in shaping our talent strategy and HR functions.We seek a dynamic and experienced HR operations Lead to oversee our people operations and human resources functions. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this individual will work directly with the firm’s Partners and Executives to drive our talent strategy and ensure a positive employee experience.

Key focus areas include recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations/culture development.

We'll Trust you to


  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth transitions during onboarding and offboarding, and fostering a positive employee experience throughout their tenure.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ensure the organization adheres to legal requirements and oversee processes related to performance, payroll, benefits, and employee records
  • Stay informed about the latest HR technologies, advising on their implementation, and maintaining efficient HR processes and systems using data to drive improvements.
  • Manage and enhance performance review processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Provide coaching and training to employees and managers on performance management best practices, fostering a culture of feedback and communication.
  • Lead and mentor the People Operations team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment, and ensuring team members thrive.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

You'll need to have:


  • At least 7 years of relevant work experience, preferably with a consulting firm, including at least 3 in management roles related to human resources, talent business partnering, and workforce analytics.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and platforms. 
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations with relevant certifications.
  • Ability to communicate with senior leadership.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively with others and adapt quickly. 
  • High integrity with a strong work ethic.
