In search of an expert Amazon Sr. Account Manager to work on a contract basis who has an excellent understanding of Amazon Seller and Vendor Central operations and optimization and can manage multiple client accounts and work with an internal team to meet goals/benchmarks for the client. 

Responsibilities include:


  • Amazon account optimization across multiple clients
  • Overseeing and streamlining basic tactical operations for clients’ Amazon stores (Seller Central & Vendor Central). For example: consulting and supporting problem/solution POs from Amazon, reviews setup and optimization, inventory issues, etc…
  • Ability to be present (remotely) for weekly client-facing meetings for clients' C-Suite
  • Responsible for all basic tactical execution and campaign audits. In addition to weekly client meetings with your team, this is an executional operations role, overseeing the success of clients’ organic Amazon efforts and working closely with the paid advertising team.
  • Effectively prioritizes efforts to focus on delivering on the most important things, tracks and reports on campaign results, data analysis and participation in weekly and monthly client calls as needed.
  • Support paid search campaign teams, managing from an operational POV.
  • Consistently looks for ways to improve current processes to contribute to the client’s success.
  • Track and monitor reporting of campaign results
  • Effectively communicates insights and learnings based on campaign performance to their clients.

Qualifications


  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Storefront Optimization and Amazon operations overall
  • Client-facing experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central required
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central highly preferred
  • Experience working with POs from Amazon
  • Agency experience preferred, but not required
