The company is headquartered in Los Angeles, California, with additional locations across the globe. This is a six-month temporary position, with the potential to be hired on permanently after the six months.
What you’ll do:
Manage key US and International digital ad operations processes, including inventory management and forecasting, ad delivery, and ad campaign trafficking using ZEFR internal systems
Interface directly with ZEFR product management, ad operations, and technical resources to troubleshoot ad delivery issues
Collaborate internally to develop the roadmap for ZEFR's ad operations infrastructure needs, and work with ZEFR’s technical resources to build the capabilities
Perform quality assurance, upload and QA 3rd party ad tags to ensure that they meet advertising materials specifications and policies set by the company
Ensure all online ad campaigns are properly booked into the ad server as reflected in sales insertion orders
Handle all available inventory requests and fixed placement reservations for the Sales Team providing proper guidance to maximize the revenue opportunity
Analyze campaign performance, delivery, and pacing to guarantee client's expectations are exceeded
Provide support to advertising clients and internal Ad Sales staff
Miscellaneous duties as assigned, relevant to the Ad Ops department
What we’re looking for:

An interest to understand the advertising industry, digital ad operations, and digital ad sales support needs
Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and a sharp strategic mindset
Experience with YouTube and AdWords a plus
1-2 years of digital ad operations experience for a major online ad publisher a plus
Knowledge of HTML & JavaScript, experience in Rich Media formats a plus

Compensation (for US based employees):
The anticipated base salary for this position is between $60,000 and $70,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. If your compensation expectations fall outside of this range, it may still be worth having a conversation.
