We cater to high-end clientele, including those with homes valued at $10 million dollars, across San Jose and the Bay Area. You must have experience in interior design to be considered.

The Offer:


  • Competitive base salary, negotiable with experience between $65-70k, PLUS commission!

A Day in the Life:


  • Apply your wealth of experience to craft perfect window treatment designs for luxury clientele at in-home consultations.
  • Showcase your expertise to create quotes and present clients with diverse options.
  • Follow-up throughout the process, ensuring an extraordinary experience for clientele.
  • Build a thriving book of repeat/referral business, leveraging your experience to foster a legendary book of business.

High Level Scope of the Role:


As a Window Covering Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our luxury design services, guiding clients through the process of selecting and customizing window treatments. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Client Engagement: Conduct in-home consultations to understand clients' needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Design Consultation: Provide expert advice on window treatment design, materials, and styles based on current industry trends.
  • Sales Execution: Recommend focused, tailored solutions, closing sales effectively.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects from conception/quote to installation, keeping in line with deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain communication with clients throughout the process to ensure an extraordinary experience.
  • Relationship Building: Foster a book of repeat and referral business by leveraging your expertise and excellent service.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with window treatments (REQUIRED).
  • Exceptional understanding of measuring and proficient use of measuring tools.
  • Outstanding people skills, effortlessly connecting with customers.
  • Driven, detail-oriented, and a creative problem-solver.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Valid CA Driver's License.
