Empowered by technology and inspired by equality, we are here to serve our clients beyond what is expected and help them achieve their future. We are currently seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor to work with high-net-worth clients of our firm.

In this role, advisors will build internal support from existing colleagues, develop new business with internal and external clients, coordinate client engagement teams serving existing clients, and manage current client relationships effectively over a long period.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Manages the largest, most sophisticated clients
  • Lead practice development activities: meeting and networking with potential clients to identify new opportunities and grow practice
  • Coordinate and implement comprehensive financial plans that include estate, retirement, tax, and insurance considerations and discuss options with clients
  • Review and analyze financial performance results and prepare reports of a highly complex nature
  • Maintain contact with the client to revise the existing financial plan based on modified needs of the client or changes in the investment landscape

Basic Qualifications:


  • Undergraduate Degree and CFP® expected, CPA, CFA, or JD preferred
  • Excellent communication skills for working with prospects, clients, and team members
  • Business experience of 10 or more years in the wealth management or financial services related industry
  • Ability to work efficiently, effectively, and independently to see projects through to conclusion.
  • Experience with Schwab Institutional, eMoney Advisor, Black Diamond, and other financial planning software tools, including CRM systems
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets and portfolio management 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated client service skills
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and assignments
  • Self-motivated and possess a sense of urgency
  • Strong ethical and professional standards
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and strong team orientation
  • Ability to support the presentation of material to clients and prospective clients as part of a team
