As the Sr. Partner Marketing Manager for Everspring, you are the strategic marketing lead to our higher education clients, delivering key insights and guidance to help them address a myriad of marketing needs. You thrive in a fast -paced client facing role and are keenly adept at managing expectations of both client and company to deliver best in class work. As a Sr. Partner Marketing Manager you will be equal parts big picture thinker and informed dot-connector, someone who is adept at setting and conveying informed marketing strategy as well as distilling that strategy effectively to clients and internal stakeholders. You have a wide range of marketing experiences and are comfortable addressing a host of omni-channel marketing issues, from brand development, campaign execution, content strategy and digital strategy. You are a curious problem solver who leverages market research and data to create informed and insightful strategic plans for clients. You are a team player with experience in managing through influence and collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve best in class outcomes.
This position will report to the Director of Partner Marketing and is based in Chicago, IL where we currently operate in a hybrid environment and requires 2 days a week in the office.
How that comes to life:
- Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders (Directors, VP’s and CMO) to identify needs and propose informed marketing strategies founded in best practices.
- Providing proactive consultation and communication with clients and internal stakeholders on project performance.
- Leveraging experience to ask insightful questions and clarify goals and desired outcomes with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Skillfully identifying opportunities to implement new or tested solutions for improved project performance and greater client satisfaction.
- Partnering with sales and client engagement to assist with business development opportunities.
- Effectively translating marketing strategies into specific programs and campaigns tied to business objectives while supporting the execution of account marketing plans
- Regularly presenting strategic plans and performance updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Managing marketing projects to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery as well as superior outcomes
- Designing and deploying measurement and tracking tools to enhance campaign effectiveness (ROI) and provide visibility to clients
- Building productive working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Conduct regular strategic reviews with clients to align goals, track performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Work closely with Partner Marketers and Marketing Analyst to ensure cohesive and effective strategic execution.

- You’re a proven resource manager with a record of building, optimizing, and delivering multi-channel marketing programs that drive results.
- You have strong analytical skills and employ data-driven thinking into segmentation, campaign performance and reporting and overall more impactful strategy development.
- You have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
- You have a high degree of initiative, resourcefulness, and creativity to serve clients with best in class service
- You have experience in defining target customers and devising traditional and digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

- You have experience with consumer lead generation and conversion activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising or a related field required, masters degree preferred.
- 8+ years of marketing experience with at least 5 years of program management and/or marketing campaign experience
- Familiarity with data tools like Google Analytics, Tableau and Power BI are a plus.
- Experience working in an agency setting and/or higher education is a plus but not a requirement
