What’s the role?
As a Product Manager at MAJORITY, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our KYC experience / process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and risk, to build and revamp a robust KYC experience for our customers. Your strategic vision and execution skills will be crucial in driving the success of our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and improve upon existing KYC solutions aligned with the company's vision and goals. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and define product roadmaps.
- Product Development: Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch. Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to create detailed product specifications, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics to track product performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders, including executives, team members, and external partners. Act as the primary point of contact for all things related to KYC.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that KYC solutions comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory requirements.

- Experience in customer onboarding, KYC, Fraud etc.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in the fintech industry. Preferable in Customer Onboarding, KYC or Fraud Risk.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial industry.
