The Listing Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our clients' Google Business Profiles. This includes updating profile information, ensuring our food ordering links are current, and monitoring profile performance. The ideal candidate will proactively manage and enhance restaurant profiles to keep them optimized and up to date.

What You'll Do:

Manage and update Google Business Profiles for our restaurant clients
Ensure all profile data, including address, hours, and contact information is accurate and current
Optimize profiles for local SEO to improve online visibility and search rankings
Maintain and update food ordering links to ensure they are always correct and operational
Make sure our restaurants have food ordering links prioritized per their request
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance profiles and improve client satisfaction
Collaborate with restaurant clients to gather necessary information and address any profile-related issues
Stay updated on Google Business Profile best practices and local SEO trends

What You Bring:

Proven experience managing Google Business Profiles or similar local SEO tasks
Strong understanding of local SEO and online visibility optimization
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and proactively manage multiple profiles
Experience in the food or restaurant industry is a must
