Compensation Range: $75,000 - $115,000


Virtru is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to join our growing Accounting and Operations team. Working closely with our VP of Operations and VP of Accounting, you will be the point person in managing and improving Virtru’s Netsuite ERP. You will help drive Netsuite’s reporting, automation, and continued integrations with our systems (i.e. Salesforce CRM).You are comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with shifting demands and effectively prioritize the requirements of competing projects.

You are willing and able to dive into the details and are able to summarize appropriately when communicating outside of the team. You communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure that you understand enterprise-wide strategic priorities, how your team’s mission fits into that plan, and to ensure that our integrated systems are meeting the needs of the organization.We are looking for someone who will own the administration, maintenance, and coordinate development of our NetSuite implementation, as well as managing integrations with related enterprise tools, including e-commerce and finance systems.

Responsibilities: 


  • Improve the day-to-day experience of the users within Virtru’s NetSuite environment
  • Monitor health and processes of NetSuite and integration with related 3rd party applications
  • Create custom NetSuite solutions (SuiteFlows, custom fields, forms, etc)
  • Create saved searches, reports, and dashboards
  • Schedule, test, and deploy changes to production as part of a Software Development Lifecycle process
  • Maintain and monitor user and role management
  • Responsible for documentation and training as it relates to NetSuite and related systems.
  • Assimilate and maintain integrations with 3rd party applications (Salesforce, Avalara, Celigo)
  • Create Jira tickets and user stories to collaborate with the Accounting and Operations team for system improvements across our enterprise systems
  • Maintain user roles and permissions and work with Virtru leadership to ensure appropriate access for all users
  • Provide an ongoing understanding of NetSuite upgrades and change opportunities
  • Responsible for the business continuity of our NetSuite implementation
  • Support users’ knowledge and ability to personalize profile preferences, portlets, and Dashboards

Knowledge & Skills:


  • Understanding of complex company processes, procedures, and is willing to collaborate with different department stakeholders to meet business needs
  • Ability to wear many hats and work well in a flexible, dynamic work environment
  • Demonstrate wide business domain exposure and experience in Finance, Accounting, CRM, etc.
  • Demonstrate successful management and completion of a wide variety of technical initiatives
  • Comfortable working with all layers of the organization and communicating effectively
  • Exceptional writing proficiency and oral presentation skills
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience with localization and globalization transitions
  • Comfortable with Apple platform/software

Education/Experience Required:


  • College degree in related field and/or NetSuite Certified Administrator
  • 3-5 years ERP experience—implementations and upgrades
  • 3-5 years NetSuite OneWorld experience
  • Experience using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and script execution logs preferred
  • Experience with other SaaS applications such as Salesforce and Celigo
