They are the reason we can create a great product and do it while enjoying ourselves.As the primary point of contact for internal support and the gatekeeper for the Business IT team, you will play a crucial role in aligning our focus on key initiatives.

At Veo, we utilize Salesforce as our CRM and rely on Zuora to manage recurring subscription payments. Experience with the principles and operations of a recurring subscription business is crucial for this role, regardless of specific system familiarity.New features and improvements developed in Business IT are aimed at enhancing the systems mentioned. This results in new branches for requests, bug fixes, and numerous individual cases that require resolution.

It is essential to efficiently prioritize and execute these queries, ensuring that a challenging issue does not hinder progress. Effective coordination is key—delegate tasks when necessary and collaborate with team members to maintain productivity.

Maintaining meticulous records of inquiries and following up after conducting thorough research is critical for success in this position. After six months, you have ensured that we have, for the most part, kept our response time, and you have reduced the number of tickets for product owners and developers to the last advanced 10%.
