About The Role:
As an Engineering Lead at Airwallex you'll be in a high-impact, hands-on role that collaborates with Product & Engineering teams across the organization. The role includes both people & technical responsibilities, and you'll be responsible for both the product delivery & overall health of the Engineering Team. This role will suit someone who is in a hands-on Lead or Engineering Manager role, and who has full stack development experience. We're building the Financial Infrastructure of the future, and you'll play a big part in our continued growth and success.
About You:
8+ years of software engineering experience
2+ years of experience leading and mentoring a team of developers
Experience with backend technologies such as Java, Kotlin, Spring / Spring Boot
Experience with either GCP or AWS and experience integrating with observability tooling such as Splunk, NewRelic, Prometheus, Grafana
