What’s the role?
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of sales/grassroots within assigned cities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to streamline processes.
- Sales Support: Work closely with your sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that meet company objectives. Identify and address challenges in the sales process to improve conversion rates and quality.
- Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute local marketing campaigns and events. Identify opportunities for community engagement and local partnerships to boost brand visibility and be close with the community.
- Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of advisors to achieve their sales targets. Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to review performance and provide guidance.
- Customer Insights: Implement customer insights mechanisms, knowing their needs, with you being the main point of contact in different cities or states, helping the Head of Sales to understand different diasporas and how we can increase market share in your area by creating different methods.
Who we’re looking for
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Sales experience.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and share data-driven with the Sales Manager.
- Abilities to work with Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). .
- Background in sales, marketing, or operational management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales, marketing, or operations management.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Spanish + preferably English
