The ideal candidate is hands-on, thrives on building proof of concepts, and is eager to experiment with new technologies. This role requires a collaborative team player who excels in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of AI capabilities.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design and development of advanced generative AI architectures and solutions.
- Develop and implement PoCs to validate and demonstrate the potential of new AI technologies.
- Experiment with and evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI capabilities into existing and new products.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to other team members.
- Ensure that AI solutions are scalable, efficient, and secure.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in generative AI and related technologies.
- Conduct code reviews, participate in design discussions, and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience in a senior or principal engineering role with proven experience working with AI.
- Proven experience working with large language models (LLMs).
- Hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing AI models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative and critical thinking approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Interest in continuous learning and experimentation with new technologies.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- May occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
