Job Summary
: The Analyst will support the Department of Labor (DOL) technical assistance and training projects by conducting data analysis, preparing reports, and assisting with project implementation. This role involves working closely with senior staff to ensure accurate data collection and analysis to support project goals.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Conduct data analysis and validation to support DOL technical assistance projects.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project databases and management systems.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on data analysis.
- Support project planning and implementation activities.
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Provide technical assistance to project stakeholders on data-related issues.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior staff.
- Assist in the development of training materials and tools based on data findings.
Qualifications
:
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science, public administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field; 6 or more years for Senior Analyst.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
