Job Description


As an Account Executive within the New Business department, you will seek opportunities with companies to implement and sell our highly successful and in-demand employee benefit, EBG's Employee Savings Marketplace, Working Advantage. As employers look for ways to retain employees, we offer a simple way to provide employees with access to incredible and often exclusive savings opportunities. We are currently seeking a high-energy, driven, HUNTER mentality

Account Executive with the ability to be successful in B2B sales and account management. You will need a strong, value-driven counselor sales approach skills with the ability to align our product and services with client needs.

Account Executive Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Introduces business clients to Working Advantage using provided marketing tools and conduct virtual site demos
  • Builds and maintains meaningful relationships with clients
  • Prospects for new clients using provided tools and resources
  • Effectively acquires companies for our Working Advantage platform
  • Works independently, both in-office and remote, while managing your time and business
  • Achieves and outperforms goals
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications


  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales (B2B preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, can effectively communicate and relate with people on all levels
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced inside sale environment
  • Proven ability to take initiative and persevere to obtain goals
  • Ability to work well in a team selling environment
  • Values direct, honest communication and feedback
  • Responds quickly and effectively to changing trends; embraces change and welcomes fresh perspectives; learns from past mistakes and adjusts accordingly
  • Detail oriented; strong problem-solving skills and general creativity
  • Must be able to travel for paid new employee training for 2-3 weeks onsite in Orlando
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs preferred

Compensation: $78k+ per year earning potential ($54k Base Salary + $6k per Quarter Incentives) No cap on earning potential for exceeding target goals.
