- The Urology Subject Matter Expert will work with the Clinical Effectiveness team in a consulting capacity to support new content creation and clinical review of any existing content related to urologic conditions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide clinical subject matter expertise to guide all stages of patient education content creation, including research/outlining, scripting, and editing stages of video and written asset production.
- Ensure accuracy of content according to accepted standards and/or guidelines.
- Provide evidence-based, peer-reviewed sources used in creating/updating content
- Work with the Clinical Effectiveness team to assess and identify key topics for the new module(s).
- Review written content associated with module(s).
Requirements
- Required Clinical Qualifications: MD/DO, Advanced Practice Provider, or Nurse in active clinical practice.
- Extensive knowledge in one’s clinical specialty, including the latest research and national evidence-based standards of care.
- Ability to interpret and communicate scientific/medical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Adherence to established deadlines.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and patient education.
- Academic Affiliation is preferred.
- US-based clinical experience required.
- Clinical Leadership position is a plus.
