Direct and oversee sales objectives and initiatives of the Medical Stop Loss team, evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs, customer relationship management, managing and directing teams, knowledge of insurance market.
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related discipline and at least five (5) years of sales related experience planning and implementing sales strategies for Medical Stop Loss.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS:
- Significant experience in Medical Stop Loss and self-funded medical plans
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies

- Maintain sales volume by keeping up with changing industry trends and competitors
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
- Create and execute a territory plan
- Assist with development of sales presentations and proposals
- Work cross-functionally with other departments
- Track team metrics and present to leadership
- Motivate and lead team to achieve sales targets

Required, both domestically and internationally for this position. This includes compliance with all of the requirements of the localities and destinations, as well as transportation carrier requirements.
