How you’ll make an Impact
As the Strategic Communications Manager will develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive business growth. You will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our social media platforms, creating compelling content, building a reciprocal community, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends. Additionally, you will pursue company awards, oversee 5-star review ratings across platforms, own internal and external communications, and support, plan and execute partner events.

- Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm CST or EST
What you will be doing
Internal and External Communications:
- Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies and strategic communications, including newsletters and updates, to keep employees informed and connected to the company’s mission and goals.
- Work closely with internal teams to plan, execute, and drive positive brand awareness for a broad range of strategic marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.
- Craft and execute external communication plans, such as press releases, blog posts, articles, and newsletters, that support brand awareness.
- Ensure brand consistency in all internal and external communications efforts.
Public Relations and Communications:
- Manage and execute PR strategies to build brand awareness through industry opportunities, partner events, and thought leadership.
- Act as the brand ambassador for the company, proactively finding opportunities for brand expansion through strategic communications strategies, award submissions, and employee stories.
- Drive an always-on program that keeps the company top-of-mind in key tech circles.
- Arrange interviews and draft press releases and other content to promote company achievements, client case studies, and products/services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, copywriters, and agencies to develop thought leadership content such as web copy, blogs, website pages, emails, brochures, advertising, and social media posts.
Social Media and Event Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies through all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and curate engaging, high-quality content (text, images, videos, infographics) for social media channels that resonate with the target audience.
- Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and foster meaningful interactions with followers.
- Assist with paid social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, ad creative development, and performance tracking.
- Organize and coordinate quarterly partner events, both internal and external, to enhance brand visibility and engage with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event strategies and themes that align with business objectives.
Marketing Campaign and Content Alignment:
- Implement content marketing initiatives that drive traffic and engagement in support of Go-To-Market strategies.
- Support the development of marketing campaigns, create marketing and web content, and drive social media lead-generation campaigns through HubSpot.
- Develop campaign briefing materials to keep sales and other stakeholders informed about current and upcoming campaigns.
- Prepare and present monthly status updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with current campaign activities.
You’ll be successful in this role if you have
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 7-10 years of experience in marketing communications, PR, digital and/or integrated marketing (B2B preferred).
- Working knowledge of IT-managed services.
- Advanced experience in HubSpot.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and design software, including Adobe InDesign and Google Analytics.
Required language skills
- Ability to communicate professionally, in English, both written and orally
- Ability to write business correspondence and process procedures
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the general public

The base pay range for this position is expected to be between $85,000 and $100,000 per year, plus an annual on-target bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on multiple non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, and PTO. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
