Job Description
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supports the overall strategy, metrics, and processes to deploy an optimized quality network.
- Monitors teams adherence to service quality level.
- Make proactive recommendations and offer/presenting solutions to the Enterprise Quality Manager to improve quality and work efficiency.
- Assist in the implementation of policies, operating procedures, quality systems and programs which ensure proper compliance, and support to meet service quality standards.
- Share knowledge, skills and information with other personnel in the Quality team and across functional areas.
- Active participation in all regulatory, third party and customer audits and inspections, and corrective action response.
- Ensure good performance by quality assurance auditors by mentoring, training, setting expectations, providing accountability, and performing evaluations.
- Maintain a fair and professional work environment that focuses on the business & Quality objectives, but also balances quality of work-life factors for employees.
- Attend and participate in all appropriate meetings.
- Follow up with implemented programs (Monday.com, Bridge Platform for training, Jira Software, operations systems, etc.) to ensure compliance by employees and other personnel in the facility.
- Prepare the program and reports related to internal and external quality control audits.
- Perform the necessary tests to review the conformity of the internal corrective actions, CAPA control.
- Schedule the activities of the quality management system.
- Owner of the quality documental control audits to review the procedure compliance.
- Provide support to internal clients with quality management needs such as data, copies of certificates, quality documents, procedures and changes in them, etc.
- Created and maintenance the 411 new restructures (Quality Management File)
- Assist Quality Manager in the functions that are required for the fulfillment of the objectives of the area.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
- 4+ years of managerial experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, quality or industrial engineering
- Fluent in Spanish/English both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- VISA to travel to the internal and external audits of the company
- Able to make creative, timely and independent decisions
- Work overtime as needed
- Quality Expert Development; ISO Norm 9001-2015 Certification, and ISO Norm 9001-2015 Internal Auditor Certification.
Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Knowledge in other ISO27001/45001/14000 standards
- Confident, team-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of project development.
- Creative, innovative and proactive.
- Analysis capacity.
Physical Requirements:
- Remain in a stationary/seated position for an extended period.
- Regularly required to operate a computer, telephone, keyboard, and other office machinery.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
- The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds.
