A National Account Executive at Fusable must be highly motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Executives are responsible for growing revenue and client relationships within their assigned discipline and territory. This role must partner closely with clients to provide a consultative sales assessment of their potential data, insights, and marketing needs to help them reach their sales and business objectives. The primary focus of this role is to retain current clients, and identify opportunities to expand and grow those relationships.
Successful executives will also develop relationships with prospects that can benefit from Fusable solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with Fusable's Enterprise and Strategic clients. This involves managing long-term, complex sales processes, understanding and crafting value propositions for clients and prospects, establishing lasting partnerships, and owning commercial relationships.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, delivering strong performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on up-sell and cross-sell strategies, while sustaining and expanding core revenue streams.
- Engage in a consultative sales approach to present tailored solutions that address clients' business objectives and drive value.
- Track progress towards monthly sales targets through effective forecasting and reporting in Salesforce.
- Record and manage client interactions and sales opportunities within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Sales Development and Client Success teams to maintain and expand your client portfolio.
- Develop and manage account plans for high-potential clients to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Work Experience:
- Proven track record of over-achieving quota.
- Experience with Digital Marketing and leveraging data and insights to help clients succeed.
- B2B sales experience preferred but not required. Experience selling or using data and digital marketing services is a plus. General knowledge of equipment and businesses in the construction, agriculture, trucking or other industrial verticals is also a plus.
Skills:
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and listening.
- Knowledgeable and comfortable with CRM systems and sales forecasting processes.

The following compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided in accordance with applicable state laws. The base salary generally ranges between $70,000/year and $85,000/year + incentive. This range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills, experience, and training.
