They will be responsible for the design and management of the global virtual events and webinar programs along with overseeing the planning and production of these events against established best practices. They will also be expected to manage and supervise additional Logility events both internal and external (ex: WWSKO, Town Halls as applicable).
As part of the growth marketing team our next Global Events Manager will provide BDEs, Sales, and CSMs with the materials and information required to drive audience acquisition and engagement at events. They will assess event investments based on business objectives, fit, and experience with past events using an established framework that serves as a guide for current and future events effectiveness. Managing the events budget and reporting on event performance in the form of reach, demand gen, lead creation, lead quality / progression will be imperative for success in this role.This person will need to lead with passion for their work, honesty, awareness of their experiences, accountability, curiosity to understand why, adaptability to changing priorities and conditions, and the ability to build great and diverse alliances both internally and externally. - 3-5 years of progressive experience managing both virtual and in-person events
- 2+ years managing event budgets
- 2+ years experience negotiating event terms with vendors, facility providers and other industry partners
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite and Dynamics or other CRM solutions.
- North America based, Eastern or Central time zone
- Familiarity with supply chain planning (preferred)
- Familiarity with Gartner or other high-end executive events (preferred)
- Experience working with global markets across NA, EMEA, DACH and APAC (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or similar area (preferred)
